By accessing, browsing, or using the 987ph website and any of its associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To access the full range of 987ph services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 987ph account. If 987ph detects that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances, bonuses, or winnings may be forfeited at 987ph's sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 987ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. 987ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All transactions are monitored. 987ph reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name.

987ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds awarded by 987ph are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Without limiting the foregoing, 987ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 987ph's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including game odds, RTP figures, or promotional details.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.

Upon account closure for breach of these terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any required investigation.
